Refund policy

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
  • Personal reasons such as a change of mind or personal taste.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

If your product is defective, we will remake and reship it for free. Email irisguigui@gmail.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will remake and ship your item within 10 business days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at irisguigui@gmail.com.
